Our soaps, body butters, body scrubs, massage bars, candles, and other products must be used according to the instructions provided with the product or on its listing.

Bath and body products are intended for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing and using a product, particularly if they have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns. We recommend performing a small patch test before using a new body-care product.

  1. CANDLE SAFETY

Customers are responsible for following all candle-care and safety instructions.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and heat sources. Place candles on stable, heat-resistant surfaces and discontinue use when the recommended amount of wax remains in the container.

Techa’s Bloom is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle use, failure to follow safety instructions, or leaving a candle unattended.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
